Burrito icon Chipotle, launches National Career Day to hire over 4,000 in one day!
Aren't burritos delicious? Also, possibly magical? Unique? Fun? One of my favorite clients, Chipotle, developed an awesome event called National Career Day. With the goal to hire over 4,000 people in one day, the campaign was in full force with social and Pandora ads. Chipotle's culture is right in line with hiring that many people in a single day. The excitement around the campaign was energetic, and being "the voice of Chipotle" it was such an honor to voice the Pandora ads.
While, the media impressions were probably in the millions, the campaign attracted over 60,000 applicants! From 8am - 11am yesterday (Sept 9th), Chipotle shared their culture with potential hires in the hopes of putting them on a fantastic career path.
The voiceover sessions were a lot of fun too! We did a round of ads for Pandora that went along with place-cards and impressions nationwide. The ads spoke right to Chipotle's integrity culture; fun, lighthearted, but real, conversational style of voice over. I always appreciate a client who stays true to their culture and brand while inviting others to enjoy it with them. Check out another ad below.
